About Vishal

I have always had an interest in knowing about how various products, be it digital or physical, transform human behaviour and affect how people view and interact with each other.

Now working as a Technical Product Manager with a previous background as a Software Engineer, I understand what it means to build high quality products and features that can be scaled efficiently, integrated seamlessly. I value attention to detail and an ability to learn very highly in people which serves me well both in terms of the products I work on (from the problem spaces through market/user research to conception of ideas, product roadmaps, prototypes, their development, successful go to market strategies) and teams that I lead.

I use numerous mobile apps and web-apps everyday, so I have a pretty good grasp on what a bad user experience looks like in contrast to a good user experience along with the different customer journeys that a product can take the user on. I have a great track record of working with cross-functional teams of designers, developers, business analysts, creatives along with having a hat of user advocacy on me at all times which helps me empathize and create value for the end user.
