About

I am a senior technical product manager at ServiceNow, based in Hyderabad. I work on AI-powered developer productivity, evaluation systems and the SDLC controls that decide whether a score is allowed to change how work gets done.

Before that I was a technical product manager at Frinks.AI in Bangalore, shipping a flagship manufacturing vision product: inspection that has to survive a plant floor, not a demo reel. Product work there was a factor in the company’s $5.4M Pre-Series A in 2025.

I started as a software engineer at CGI: security, platform upgrades, delivery. That is the useful part of the background. I can sit in a technical RFC, argue a false-positive target and still own the rollout into an org that does not care about the model card.

I am interested in a narrow class of AI products: ones where a wrong answer is not “slightly worse UX”. A bad story score pollutes a portfolio. A noisy LLM reviewer trains engineers to ignore the tool. A false reject on a line stops production; an escaped defect ships. The product is the judgment policy (rubric, fallback, who can override) as much as the model.

IIT Guwahati, B.Tech. I still write RFCs. I do not treat Figma as a personality.

How I work

  • Evaluation frameworks and explainable scoring
  • AI / ML product management
  • Enterprise platforms and SDLC governance
  • PRDs, RFCs, technical specifications
  • Python, SQL, APIs, AWS: enough to not bluff

Earlier

2019–2022 engineering at CGI, then CloudFrame. 2022 product exercises are in the archive if you want them. They are not the work.
